Now people are saying May 28th. Again, no definitive source, so don't know how reliable that is. I'm really hoping RCA has some sort of plan here. Maybe waiting until Kelly is back from vacation and planning on doing some promo along with the video release.

Update: PLU actually debuts at 99. Billboard apparently tweeted the wrong info. But I don't mind since it moves up one position up in one night
