According to that interview, she already wrote it. She said that she wrote it a while ago with Jill and Kate - before they were actually looking for songs for the new movie.

I really would love to hear it too.

rob looked super gorgeous at the mtv awards. it was cool to see the twilight peeps. kristen was too spaced out for my liking, but robert was too damn hot to handle!

thanks for the picture! in an interview yesterday kelly talked about how she doesn't really know robert or anything but that she found him very cute in twilight.

No, I don't think it is. She has confirmed that she wrote a song based on the New Moon book, but she hasn't mentioned if she pitched it to them though.

Sadly, Kelly said in one of her Australian interviews this week that she did not send in the song to them. She just wrote it, but did not approach them about it.

"I'm a huge fan of the 'Twilight' series," she testified. "How that [rumor came about] was everybody said, 'You're a huge fan of the 'Twilight' series, have you written any songs?' And I ended up saying we did happen to, before they were even looking actually."
