My favorite duet of Kelly's ever!!!! But my least favorite outfit!

Yep it was that outfit. It is known in the Kelly fandom as her Pirate Outfit.

I have to say hit/miss.
The hair is a bit too poofy for me and the shirt is definitely weird, but I like the lower half. The pants and shoes look great on her. The sleeves of the shirt are kind of fun too, but the ruffles are odd.
