I thought she looked cute, though I agree not my favorite outfit of hers. However, I gotta say that the more I look at it, the more I like it.

See I really liked it. The skirt part of the dress did NOT lay well but I loved the color and the top on her!

I'll say Hit with a small miss for the skirt portion of the dress.

That's how I felt about it too. Generally speaking, I really liked the dress.

I think a lot of the time, I think Kelly's outfit may not translate well on television but in person it must look super cute.

The girl who sold Kelly that dress posted on Twitter that the dress looked awesome on Kelly when she tried it on.
