News and Speculation: • She has been doing some recording on the side during the Meaning of Life Tour • In an interview last fall they were still determining the direction of the album with her label. Quote:

Thanks for the new thread! I hope it gets released by the end of the year, although I doubt it. But if it can be released by Grammy cutoff date, which I think is October or November... that'd be awesome. Sounds like she's still recording, though, so who knows.

yeah I hope she writes a bit more this time around as well
 I think being up for a Grammy means a release before a certain date in September I think??  __________________

 I will be really surprised to see an album released this year but who knows, anything is possible I hope she's written for the album too  __________________

perhaps end of the year, early next year?
not sure how far along she is with the recording? I know she said she was recording as well during her tour __________________

Maybe, we'll see
 Yeah it could depend on how much recording she's already got done. Since she is recording that does seem promising that she's already done a bit of work for it so maybe it will come out sooner rather than later On the other hand I'd hope that whenever she does release it she also has the time to promote it. If she's doing her talk show then will she have that opportunity to also promote her own album on other shows? But I also guess those aren't all filmed at the same time as hers so probably Maybe I'm just fussy & should stop talking  __________________

haha... if she does it at the end of the year she could perhaps do a summer tour after her talkshow ends
though it all depends on how well her talkshow goes as well I suppose. __________________

ah yes that could work quite nicely for a tour. I was thinking more of just the release promotion, wasn't thinking of tour. I'm trying not to think too far ahead when it comes to her talk show, it hurts my heart knowing its tying her to the US & then feeling all selfish
