yeah the words ANNOUNCEMENT had me like 'Are we getting it now?' and then I saw the words River Rose and I thought, it's a book! Darn!
that does seem odd yes!  Maybe she wanted to go a different route this time? Or she's more happy with these illustrations?__________________
