Many people have mentioned the animosity that seems to exist between some fans of Kelly and some fans of Carrie via PM, and upon request we are starting a thread for the two of them - not only because they have both expressed their admiration of one another and have hung out from time to time, but also for all those Kelly fans who also happen to be Carrie fans and need a little haven where they can love both without argument.



Congrats to them both on their Grammy nods!

Question is, will there ever be a picture of the two of them together?

I know there are a lot of fans of both out there so hopefully this thread can remain positive and drama free - contrary to many other boards I've been to.

I think she is nominated for Record of the year with one of her songs and also in the same category as Kelly for a duet she did. I'm not sure though so don't quote me on it.

Maybe a more knowledgable Carrie fan can help you out.

Carrie is nominated for Song of the Year & Best Female Country Vocalist for "before he cheats" and in the same category as Kelly and Reba for "oh love" that she collaborated with Brad Paisley.

"before he cheats" is also up for Best Country Song

I'm going to try to dig up some of the stuff Kelly and Carrie have said about each other. It's always praising of one another, which I think is cool
