I hadn't really thought of working on anything other than poetry, so I guess the answer would be no. I do need to get back to writing more because I'm starting to run a little low on poems, however. Poetry is my true passion, as I have stated before. I have some coming up that I have written that I have just sat and been thinking of something and it has taken on a totally different meaning than what I had originally been thinking which seems to be the case in most of what I have written anyway, The most personal poem that I have I ever written was "The D.J." and most of the ones I have shared are personal, but I won't say which ones aren't. I enjoy writing for others as much as I do for myself...I just enjoy writing.

The kiss
Was a complete surprise
One you enjoyed
It was written in your eyes
It was what you ad dreamed about
The wanting had no end
You wondered how to get it
Where were you to begin
Unsure of yourself
You made it a dare

Beautiful Beach

"The beach is beautiful"
She knows you mean the weather
But for her
It means something different altogether
The soft warm sand
The waves crashing ashore
To her it means
So much more
In the waves

The sand is warm and soft
Like a lover's touch
The one she misses so desperately
The one she yearns for so much
The waves crash
And wash away the sand

Dang! I screwed up with the double posting...again! yeah, I've written some stories, but I don't think that they would be appropriate to post on here because of the content. I guess I could rewrite them in a way that would be more appropriate, but that would take away from the purpose of them considering they are PWP's. I have written a book, although it isn't in the correct format...well the lesbian one isn't anyway, I should say I have written 2 books....one was poetry and it was my first. It sold in Europe, Canada, and all across the USA. I know this because I autographed eached one and mailed them out.

Yes, they are fiction. Bit more PG13? Try giving them an X rating. I was told that the book was a basic lesbian 101. I was on the Melissa Etheridge board and had only written poetry, so venturing into something new was...different? New Fire (the book) was started because I had a crush on a member of the chat room who was a firefighter and it went from there. It is a fictional story...the only things that aren't fictional are the fact that her name is Lisa and she was a firefighter. We did try at a relationship a year ago, but because I wouldn't move to NY (my Mom needs me and I won't leave her) it didn't go anywhere. Lisa just quit contacting me completly, so I just said so be it...Mom comes first.

I wouldn't leave my Mom and she didn't want to keep contact, so I made the choice to walk away...just like I did with Tammy, the scam artist that pretended to work for Kelly. I knew she was lying immediately.
