Well with my two years of German, I can tell you the first part says "Who has said that?" Or something along those lines.

The second part I know most of the words, but not the sentence, so I'm not even going to try.

The German Kelly board is always swarming with people and conversations, but I can never understand half of it. Is Kelly doing well in Germany? Anyone know?
