It's a lyric from the Lizzo song, "Truth Hurts." It's the b word censored, basically saying that she (or you, if you're the one singing it) is a boss/that *****. Getting things done.

He hasn't had them yet! He did have appointment about 3 weeks ago but they cancelled it last minute because of problems with the equipment.
