Seems Logan is the hit guy and that right there was my confirmation that Logan didn't do it. Would've been too obvious. lol

Completely agreed. I know this show likes to do shock but it was no need to add all of that extra stuff during Season 2. This rape storyline all should've been resolved in 1x21 like it seemed.

Exactly !! that was not enough. By the end of season 2 she had sex with Duncan unconcious and then raped by Beaver (or the other way around) .... how many hours had that party?

I know. I guess they just felt the night had to be even worst for Veronica and add more shock value but I wasn't feeling it.
