I love Logan and Veronica, but RT has this bad habit of not showing a lot of their relationship. I mean the stuff that he does show is great, the banter, the tension, the way they are each other's person. But so much is left out, the communication, them working on the stuff that bring them down.

I have said this, but the emails and skype are great for LoVe. But we didn't actually get to see any of that. But no more having things happen off screen, show us. How them communicate about what their lives over the nine years were, what their lives are like now, what they want from the future. For example, they could have shown him describing a day in the life of the Navy, the normal stuff that happens to keep her from worrying. Her telling him the story of how collected all her stuff from New York. How she ate at her favorite New York pizza place one last time with some of her New York friends. I so badly wanted to see. Flush the story out.

totally agree with these points! this is all the suf i wanted to see and was sad we didnt!

in case anyone's interested, here are causalities of the years in Afghanistan from air craft. I havnt found any naval aircraft yet. but the real danger here seems to be from crashing the plane/air craft due to mechanical or other problems. although some planes have been shot down but rarely

me too, yes, i think that was written about in the one hundred and eighty days fic, cant say i agreed too much with that fic though because I felt lik both veronica and Logan were too vocal about their feelings...in the canon they are more reserved. Plus I cant see Veronica being friends with Dick, I just cant. and dick was too nice in it

Does RT even see them having a happy ending..in the movie script I read at the end while watching the girl eating lunch at the school with wallace Veronica says she has to appreciate the good times because she is "still bracing for the disaster up ahead". this was edited from the movie however and It was replaced with "dad always said this town could wreck a person" later on...... but what do you guys take from this version of RT's intentions?
Total disaster? lots of crazy small disasters and adventures? horrible death or some minor/major character/s? Do you guys see RT as thinking Veronica's life will always be fraught with disaster and heartbreak with little happiness? thats kinda my fear for the story

i think/I hope, given the context, it means she is gonna come up against a lot of dangerous stuff... but prevail

ive thought about it and Im torn, not sure I want another series of any kind, maybe a small one season wrap up would be cool, but more than that? I just dont know...I guess if they DO another season on netflix or whatev and its successful they will/could do more...not sure I want that tho cause Im kinda happy with the happy ending as of now and wouldnt want to risk losing that happy ending.

another movie would be great but I would still be wanting more after it

I'm surprised there hasn't been links and guffawed reactions to Kristen's interview with People Mag concerning the continuation of Veronica Mars. While it seems so up in the air, the bottom line is that everybody is still willing to give us more VMARS! We can't be that picky. C'mon! It was a slight show, that had an okay movie and without the mob allegiance (which I am proudly a part of), none of this would even exist 7 years later. How many shows have been better in popularity, etc. and tried and failed? Arrested Development was lucky. I don't think any of us should be complaining. Do you know how hard it is to get a crew of a UPN/CW show back together after 7-8 years? The fact that we got a movie is amazing so I don't think we should b*tch in any capacity as to how we receive VMars in the future. Give our opinions? YES. But take offense to any of it? NO! Would you rather it not happen or the comments not be made? C'mon! The ONLY important thing is is that KBell and RThomas AND everybody else still seem to be on board with continuing this amazing show, no matter what the capacity entails. Let's celebrate that and concentrate on actually getting more, rather than b*tching about how it could be better.
