I am just not having fun right now. I hate the state I am in and what has become of me with this whole transferring to Harvard. I do think I made the right decision but people are not making it easy for me to be okay with what I am doing. I constantly feel unpressured, talked about and judged. I should not care but I do... Yeah Hormones don't help either to say the least...

Vera - yeah sublte putting some space is good. Just don't go too far. Stay in contact with him. But let him know that right now, you are not interested. How would you do it Mariana?

Three weeks, that's good. I really think it will go fine, especially since they are doing it. If the risks were too high, the doctors would not have re-scheduled then.

Caro--I wouldn't feel bad about the audit. Better to have it that way than as a bad grade later on.

M--I'll have to look at your hair when I get home from work--it blocks Flickr and Facebook so I can't look in either place.

Vera--good idea to cancel that date, even if he got a bit mad about it.

Don't let them get to you!!! It is your decision to make and if they wanna talk, let them talk! Those saccaaaaaaaaaaaars!!!! Same for the hormones... those bastards creeping up on you when you are already under stress!!! Unbelievable!!!!

And yes, I think they wouldn't do the operation if there was too much at stake, but still... I'm nervous!

Morning!

Well, I got my freeview box set up, so though I don't have Sky at the moment, I can watch *some* telly. No bones, but I've seen all the new episodes they're airing over here anyways (the ones with Gormagon and the next couple), so not *too* bummed about that.

Watched Pushing Daisies last night, and really liked it. Got the DVDs for S1 Supernatural as well, so shall get round to watching those at some point soon.

Have eaten almost all my lunch already.

Got a text from my friend Emma last night (not seen her since Oct, or heard from her since January) - she's in town til Thurs, so we're meeting up tomorrow night. So much for my very early Thursday morning plan to get into work then! I was going to come in for 7 so I could leave by 1, as it's James's day off. Might ask Emma if she wants to meet up with him for a drink or something, as they're friends as well (she's Matt's little sister) and she's not seen him in 2 or 3 years. Anyways, it'll be nice to catch up with her.

I'm meeting a friend of mine for dinner tonight, as she was in Edinburgh for a job interview this morning from Bristol - she's been awake since 4:30 though, so I bet she falls asleep in her food halfway through her meal!

Oh, and B, who sits next to me at work, texted me at 2AM to tell me her husband had knocked himself out playing footie last night, and he had to be taken to hospital as he was unconscious - so she's not coming in til afternoon. I hope he's ok...

I was in class last night so couldn't watched Bones but downloading it today and will let you know. I wasn't a big fan of last week's episode. Some cute moments but overall blah... I was telling Moonie that after 5 months off air, we fans really needed some Booth and Bones action soon!!!!!

I am okay! I was sick with a backinjury for the last two months ... bedrest until I went craaaazzzzzzzzyyyyyyyy! I would have been back to work today, but I was let go last week ... other than that, everything is peachy

Also that I worked all day long in the Madrid Trade Fair, selling Argentinian leather carpets, and that i got to sell all the samples in the stand to a Taiwanese guy

who have a big shop in Shanghai... yeahhhh! I'm working there again on Sunday, I feel such a professional seller

Hey Mariana

Caro, your are right, I had back pain all through the beginning of the year and then it got gradually worse until one day I wasn't able to use my right leg anymore. Turned out I had intervertebral disk degeneration on 2 discs in my lower back and a root compression (?) on one of them. So I was pumped full of morphine for 6 weeks and put to bed. NO FUN!
But I feel much better now.

Since I was still in my trial period of my job though, they decided to fire me last week

So now I need to job hunt again. We'll see. I am sure something will come up soon.

Mariana, I am not even goint to pretend to know what a leather carpet is? I remember working at a trade fair once ... it's so tiring. All those people all day...I am glad you had fun!
