| I'm sorry, I didn't know you wanted to start it. I just saw that we were up to 312 posts and there was no new thread, so I decided to make it. I actually really enjoyed the break-up. I mean obviously not enjoy enjoy, but I think it was long time coming and the scene was really great! And actually, like you, I was sooo glad that Veronica cried. Really really cried. I think she finally realized that she's been treating Logan like crap and kept pushing him away until he finally broke. | Mercer is a dead man by the look that Logan was giving him. And the scared look on Mercer's face show he knew Logan was going to destroy him. You can't hurt Logan's girl and get away with it. Also Logan help Mercer get off before so he's deffinately going to hurt him more for getting Logan to trust him as a good friend. Though with these new events, Logan might try to keep himself as far away from Veronica as possible. He knows even if he hadn't introduce Veronica to Mercer, she would still be battling against him when she caught him. But Logan asked Veronica to help get Mercer out of jail and he spent all that time with him. Logan loathes men who abuse women, episcally when it's women he care about like Veronica. Logan might start to see himself as bad luck and not safe to be around her. So if Logan starts beating the crap out of Mercer, can he be charged with assault? Fights aren't exactly uncommon in jail cells so I'm assuming he'll, of course, be put in a solitary cell but how long will he have to stay there between banging up the cop car and beating up Mercer? | OK, so my heart was in my throat when Logan broke up with Veronica. While I do think it was necessary, I still didn't enjoy it. I was grateful that Veroncia's first reaction wasn't to ignore him and run, but to try to dissuade his reasons for the break up...I just wish Logan hadn't told her to let him finish. I think Logan needed to get everything off his chest, but by the end of the conversation Veronica was so shocked, and Logan's words seemed so final, that she was speechless. If only it could have been more of a two sided conversation... As for the grieving, I would have liked to have seen how Logan dealt with it. I'm assuming he hung out with Dick and Mercer since they both knew about the split, but how did he tell them? Did he go all emo for those two days and was the frat party his first time out? I though Veronica's response was very realistic, especially for her personality. When V/L met for the first time, their stares were amazing. Not that I had any doubt, but is just showed that their feelings for one another are stronger then ever. I appreciated that Veronica's stare seemed to go right through the girl Logan was talking to. Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but it told me that she didn't even think Logan was out to pick up this girl. I also like that Veronica approached Logan and that she listened when he said that he wasn't going to let her go after the girl they thought was being raped. This showed me that she's thought about what Logan said and that maybe she realized he has some valid points. I'll be back in a bit to read everyone elses thoughts...I hope everyone enjoyed the show! | I don't think Veronica will be mad at Logan, I mean, she's the poster child for revenge! And I think that the whole aspect of Logan staying away to protect her works really well, it's probably the most logical way to keep them apart until, whenever. And Logan and the cop car? Soo hot. He just went up to it so casually, like it was any other day. Hee. And the party scene? So tense, and wonderful. The stares... ohmygod! And it's not like they're hating on each other this time, so he could still hold her and be there for her without it being anything more. Like he said.. he'll still always be there if she needs anything If I were Logan, I'd probably just stay away from people forever. No wonder he only talks to about 2 people outside of Veronica! Veronica thinks she has reason not to trust people?! She hasn't been best buddies with all the bad guys at least if Mercer's gone that opens up a spot for a friend. He can't hang out with Dick all the time.. hopefully he can meet a nice young chap in Sociology or something preferably one who didn't take part in the prison experiment Gah, Logan's speech was perfect. I really wouldn't have worded it any other way. And he didn't put all the blame on Veronica, it wasn't angry and all "you did this, you did that" he just told her it wasn't working and they both wanted different things. And then the forehead kiss, and telling her he'll always be there.. sigh. Perfect. He's a very good dumper for someone who hasn't had much practice! hee. But after the smiles at the party and then her letting him help, I really think they'll be on good terms from now on.
