While Veronica finding out she was raped by Beaver could have an impact on her sex life, I actually think the bigger issue would be the fact that it's LOGAN and they're epic and therefore sex with Logan means more than sex with Donut and being able to cross off 'consensual sex' on the list of 'things to do before she dies' list. Since Logan lust does affect Veronica (and everyone else) strongly, I don't see how they can NOT have sex in S3 if they're still together through each arc since they practically light the TV on fire.

Yes, I guess it could. Beaver, of all people... Still can't really believe it. He was just so sweet.
But personally, I don't see why finding out that he had been molested by Woody led Veronica to realize that it was him who blew up the bus. Or maybe because of the bombs that had been in his car etc., but still... Why would Beaver do that? :/ weird...

Because she knew there was a guy on the bus who wanted to tell the truth about Woody molesting kids and she knew whoever was the third kid on that tape she found (when they were talking about outing Woody's secret) didn't want the secret to be out... so when she realized Beaver might have been molested, that he was near the bus when it crashed and that he might have caught Woody's STD, she put two and two together about the bus crash and realized how she got that STD.

I also think it was since she talked to every other guy on the team, and never found him. She didn't know before that Cassidy was on his little league team. Ultimately though I think it first led to knowing she was raped, that night. Not what she originally learned. Since Woody had claps, and Beaver was on the team, and there was Shelly's party in which Beaver said he did "nothing" to her.
