Whew, I'm still on my VM high.

I loved it...loved all the flashback L/V scenes. Incredibly sweet, even if it did end (temporarily, mind you!). Honestly, I can't blame V for breaking up with him. I can sympathize with her, because things are really intense in Neptune right now and Logan's a part of that problem.

I'm not feeling the D/V either, but I can live with it for awhile.

I thought it was pretty obvious that she did want it to be Logan at the door. She was happy to see him and then very concerned about him. I'm forever grateful to RT that we didn't have to suffer through L/V with her secretly pining for Duncan. That would have been the worst.

Don't despair kiddies. Now we'll get tons of UST before a kick ass reunion.

This is pulled directly from my brain I think! If Logan and Veronica were together in the first ep, I'd be more worried. There needs to be something for us to look forward to, something to keep us watching, and waiting for the L/V confrontation is that thing for L/V shippers. No offense, but Duncan is boring, there is no excitement there, it's too easy. Logan is different, a little bit dangerous, the real thing for Veronica. He's just having issues right now, but really can you blame him?

I have complete faith that they'll wind up back together again. The forbidden secret wanting that L/V have to have going on now is hot to watch anyway

Let's not let the faith die. While I ship both. LoVe will always be my main Veronica shipping. I just can't wait to see what the reunion will be like. The car scene? Oh so sweet.

I feel very confident as well that L/V will be back and better than ever.

I'm loving the car scene so much and Logan with the "Five more minutes, and saying he's in love with her"

Can't wait for cap, avis, the works.

Another thing that is giving me confidence, they are setting up V/D as being too perfect and we all know that can't last. I think Veronica at the end on the bus was still very much affected by Logan too. But she is pushing for normal and thinks she can have it with Duncan.

I loved the "5 more min." in the car too. Very cute. I was very happy with the flashbacks we got of them. I liked her being in the limo after his trial and holding his hand. They were obviously happy together, even if things weren't perfect.

You're right, Julie, it was obvious on the bus she isn't completely over Logan. I liked how she looked out the window at him. "Normal is the watchword", and she's just going to have to figure out that normal isn't what she really wants.

Yeah the whole signaling the 5 mins thing was so cute!! Can't wait for next week that's for sure, honestly sometimes watching the angst between 2 people who you can see have feelings for each other, can be better then them actually being together. So hopefully we get to see more longing looks and so on...!!!

Ok, after that episode I think I have to de-lurk for good. I was all prepared for it to be Duncan at the door, so I was thrilled to see Logan (even if he was a literal mess). All chuffed about the hand holding and supportive-Veronica, and of course the make-out scene was hot. I knew the pool burning wouldn't go over well, but I'm an optimist so I thought it was something they could work out. I had a sick feeling when co-worker chick repeated her 'Your boyfriend's here' line, but I was still in denial. Which didn't last too long. Bah.

I was hoping they'd either have Logan and Veronica grow as characters together in a relationship (it is possible Rob!), or have V on her own. The girl goes from one bloke to another and it doesn't seem in character. And I don't buy that a couple in real life could get over that whole 'i-broke-up-with-you-because-i-thought-you-were-my-sister-then-slept-with-you-anyways' side-step. Maybe in the next episodes they'll show more flashbacks showing VD deal with it but, even still, that's gotta **** up your feelings towards someone. They're just too (I'm gonna say it) "normal" and "perfect" for me to go with it.

Oh well. At least there is no lack of Logan and he get's his own storyline. I'm so ****ed up myself I actually really enjoy dirty Logan. "Can Dick and Beaver come out to play?" The hand gesture. He's so filthy. I love it. lol

I just finished watching the premiere and I have to say I enjoyed the first half immensely, the second half... not so much. But still I thought it was an awesome episode.

Logan and Veronica are simply sublime, there is just nothing about that relationship I don't adore. When she was with him, she was totally with him. I felt that she WANTED to be with him, she supported him, didn't hide their relationship and went out of her way to be with him (meeting him for lunch at school). There is no doubt in my mind, Logan was the one she wanted to be with. Her feelings for him seemed very strong and steady.

As much as I enjoyed the making out in the car and the ILY, which believe me I did. The scene that spoke to me the most about that relationship was her waiting in the limo for him when he came out of court. It was so simple and silent, but it spoke volumes about the feelings between them. They just fit, it flowed completely, as does their chemistry.

But by the second half I was extremely upset with Veronica. Logan is not a perfect person, he is the type of boy who will probably continually mess up for a while. He's still learning so much about himself and life and doing the right thing, and he was making those changes because of Veronica. Because I think he saw the person she saw in him and wanted to hold onto that. But he can't change himself so completely, there will always be mistakes. He was wrong to do what he did with the fire, but I think she was even worse just deserting him like that. Be mad? YES. She should have been mad and talked with him. But if she constantly runs from that relationship when things get tough, she doesn't deserve to be with him.

I don't think Veronica was ready for Logan, and when the intensity of his feelings for her set in, and she began to have those same feelings, she used the first out she could find. It ripped his heart out, and I wouldn't blame him if he stayed mad at her for a very long time. She doesn't trust him with her heart, and I don't think he trusts her with his anymore. It's going to be a long road back for them and they're definitely going to have to build up their trust in each other, but in the end he is the one for her, so I see it happening.

Onto VD (UGH) and Logan & the Mom... well Logan and the mom doesn't bother me one bit. I can't help it, though Logan messed up, I'm more upset at Veronica for that break up. So if he is going to act out and go do these things, fine, let him. VD is a whole other issue, deserves it's own paragraph, LOL.

VD... it just felt so completely wrong. I think Duncan genuinely loves Veronica, he's living for the present, not the past. I felt that when he ran to her after the bus accident. But I don't feel it with her. I hear her constantly saying, no regrets, right choice, blah, blah. But I don't see it. I don't see someone comfortable in her surroundings. Duncan is her past, the safe choice in her mind I think, the return to normal she so craves. But that ship has sailed and I think Veronica is going to get a rude awakening when she realizes that she made a mistake. Because not only did to seriously harm her chances with Logan, she's going to really hurt Duncan, as well as herself. But every choice has it's consequences and eventually she will be faced with hers.

All of that said, I'm more positive than ever about LV's future. They're being set up as the tail end of the triangle and that is always important. Normally if you win out in the beginning then you lose in the end and I would much rather have the LV ending. I believe Logan will be her ultimate choice and I can't wait to see the journey RT weaves to that.

The answer is yes, I do know what it means. Just my twisted sense of humor, I guess. I laughed when they did that and the first words out of my mouth were "Solidarity, brother." That earned me a smack on the arm from my sister. Hmmm...I guess she wasn't as amused as I was.
