Another question from the spoiler whore who has yet to see the finale, how bad was the fallout on the beach, like 'wow there really done' bad or 'something that can be worked out' bad??

I loved bearded Teddy! I so wanted an avie from ATttD of Duncan with his eyes all wide & creepylike that said "It's all in the eyes..."

I agree, they wouldn't work so hard to put LoVe together if only to put D/V back together. That would be ridiculous. A complete waste of effort and character development.

On a side note, for those who are interested the recaplet of VM is up at TWOP. That speaks good things of a speedy full recap.

It's like 'wow, they are done - *****!' but you know because Veronica was SO WRONG and the fact that Backup so loves Logan, you know one day they will be together again.

No, I don't think it's a wow there really done kind of bad...although that may just be my rose colored glasses speaking.

This show has driven away my pessimistic nature. I think there was no way that was a final anything, but I do think it was a "wow, this is really over" kind of fallout. (If that makes any sense) But at the same time it totally made me believe even more than I did that Logan is completely in love with her. Even though he feels so betrayed and his heart is in pieces, he still loves her. And she just needs to learn to trust. (Just, right? Ha.) And now he will have to, too. My point is, even though the beach scene broke my heart, I loved it and have rewatched it already. And will continue to do so all summer, I'm sure.

Backup has good taste, if even th dog loves him i mean come on Ronnie.

I have a feeling next season is going to be a lot about Logan and all of his issues. We know that Jason will be back next season (is that a spoiler? not sure put in it whte just in case) It seems like they kinda gave Duncan and Veronica some sort of closure and Logan seems to be invovled in the big "cliffhanger" of the season.

I just wish Veronica would trust him, I can see why she doesnt but still.....

Yep, I have always believed that Logan fell in love with Veronica but it was in that moment that you knew for SURE how much he loved her - if he didn't, it wouldn't have hurt as much. The betrayal, the lies, everything. He kissed her forehead and was okay that she wanted to wait. He called her as his one phonecall at the police station and to have Lamb throw it in his face that Veronica was the one that ratted him out. It couldn't have been more painful and he was so wanting Backup to attack him but the dog loves him. He knows he is no theat to Veronica.

Yep, I'm HIGHLY disappointed that there will not be more crazy dysfunctional Echolls household stuff. I love that stuff...more than the Kanes crap. Now it has official messed Logan up forever and we don't even know if Alyson Hannigan will ever make an appearance again, who does he have left? Kinda want his grandparents to make a visit and save him from this hellhole.

What a finale.

I'm a little disappointed that Veronica and Duncan aren't brother and sister even though we pretty much knew they wouldn't be. I thought it would have been more interesting and a bigger risk if they had revealed that they are. But, I love that Keith is Veronica's dad and their scenes together were great tonight.

Jason was so great tonight. There are so many possibilities for Logan next season, so I'm thrilled about that.

LoVe...........aww, I don't even know what to say yet...........I could tell that both of them definitely had very real feelings for each other..............and it's not like I don't totally understand why Veronica doubted him, etc. but she broke Logan's heart tonight and that was sad to watch...........I'm not sure how Logan will get past that betrayal.

Who was at the door..........well I automatically assumed it was Logan or Duncan, but I think alot of people might be right when they say it's Wallace. I wouldn't mind that. I don't think it's Logan because she just had too big of a smile on her face..........and even though she probably would be happy to see him after realizing she was totally wrong, I just don't think their first time face to face after everything that had taken place that day would be a huge smile on her face knowing how she doubted and betrayed him...nor do I think Logan would be so quick to run to her door after her actions in this episode. And if he was beat up or drunk she wouldn't have greeted him with a huge smile either. Plus she knows what his dad did and how much this will affect Logan so a big smile just seems completely out of place if it was Logan at the door. Not so sure it's Duncan either. I'm definitely leaning towards Wallace.

I'm still very much interested in a LoVe storyline, but I can see from this episode that it will be quite the journey for them next season if they are meant to be. I look forward to seeing what RT gives us.

About the whole "it's Wallace at the door" thing. I know that it makes the most sense, and I know we would all prefer Wallace to Duncan, but don't you think it'll be anti-climatic? While some people are rational and decide it must be Wallace, everyone still immediately assumed Logan or Duncan. And Wallace doesn't mean anything triangle wise. So after waiting four months to find out who is at the door, and see if maybe there won't be a triangle, it's just Wallace. But, yeah, it's probably Wallace.

I think it would do my heart good if it was Wallace because think about the alternative: Duncan? NOOOO!!!!!!! Cuz I don't think she would be so happy to see Logan. Not because she doesn't care about him but you can't keep a straight face with a smile once you've screwed him over.

So I want to think it's Wallace or Logan in a weirdo dream sequence. Like she wants to say I'm sorry and she's so glad that he's going to forgive her only to wake up and find out that he's missing or something.

Oh god! If it was Logan in a bizarro dream sequence, then I think I might flip. That would just be too painful. She wakes up happy and wanting to fix things only to find him MIA. Oh lord, I'd die. Quickly, yet painfully.

Yeah I'd die but I could live with that. If it was Duncan, let me die a quick death. No! (But maybe a bearded Duncan but still...)I just think you can't ignore what has happened between Logan and Veronica these past few episodes...and then get back into D/V redux. bleah!

The only reason I don't think it's Logan is because the big smile just doesn't sit right even if she is happy to see him because she knows she hurt and betrayed him. Not to mention she knows his dad murdered Lily and how much that will hurt/affect Logan.........so if it was Logan at the door I just don't think she would have that huge smile on her face. But, it was 3:00am and maybe it is some kind of dream sequence where it is Logan and she is happy to see him.

Wallace would seem anti-climatic in a way because Veronica's love life being left cliff hanging which was used in the episode descriptions/previews doesn't really account for it being Wallace at the door as they are strictly platonic. Her love life being left cliff hanging would seem to mean it was Logan or Duncan at her door.

I would much rather it be Wallace at her door than Duncan and quite honestly Veronica's smile/joy was so big and pure that I think it has to be Wallace because there is no past or confusion or anything like that between them.....just simply her best friend there for her when she needs him.

It could be Duncan and I'm sure they're relieved to know they're not brother and sister and that he didn't kill Lily, etc. I still don't know that he would come to her in the middle of the night or that she would greet him with such joy after the night they had and everything they found out. I truly believe that Veronica has very real feelings for Logan and I'm sure she is hurting knowing how much she hurt him. Of course I know Veronica and Duncan will have stuff they can and will deal with now too.

Who knows. I guess that's what makes for a good cliffhanger.
