The don't neccesarily have to be half-sisters via the mother. If Veronica and Duncan were half-siblings, then obviously, Lilly would have been her half sister as well.

I really hope that the half siblings thing will turn out out to be a red herring. Definitely don't want it to happen.

Ditto. I don't mind that it's propagating drama, but I think it'd be a little over the top in the end.

Poor Veronica's already been through so much as it is. Learning her ex-boyfriend is actually her half-brother? It's a wonder she hasn't been driven insane already.

Yeah, I have two reasons for not wanting the half-sibling thing to occur. One: I love Duncan and Veronica together and two: I want Keith to actually be her father. They've shown how close this father/daughter team has grown and I'd hate for it to be revealed that Keith isn't her biological father.

Actually it is possible.

It could be entirely possible that Lianne got pregnant with Veronica and Jake was the father, making both Duncan and Lilly (Celeste's natural children w/Jake) Veronica's half siblings.

And since Duncan, correct me if I'm wrong, is older than Veronica and Lilly the affair (if it happened at all) happened around the same time that Celeste got pregnant with Lilly which would have been one or two years after Duncan was born.

If that's the case, then everything I said would be switched. Lilly was born and then one or two years later Jake was having an affair and knocked up Lianne and Celeste at pretty much the same time. He was double dipping his wick.

Not that I want it to happen that way, but it is possible. I would prefer her to be a Mars if nothing more than to have Keith as her biological father. That way she gets to keep the one real thing she's ever had.

We haven't learnt yet. We know that V and D are in the same year (I think) b/c they have classes in common. And we heard L agree with Yolanda in LotB that 'younger brothers are a pain (or something)' so I think ppl are assuming Lilly's older.
