I read an announcement that the red carpet arrivals for the Premiere will be between 5:00 and 6:30 West Coast time. Looks like it's underway now.

I'm hoping there will be some pictures by midnight -- not sure when they will come out though.

I am going to the midnight showing of Saw V tomorrow. On Friday, I will create a Saw V Thread so that we can discuss the movie -- and probably for the first week -- I'll indicate (Spoilers) in the title but remove that tag afterwards.

I can say that the reviews are "mixed" But that the posters are true to their word: "You won't believe how it ends" is the theme.

I am still looking for someone to go see Saw V with. I can't wait to see Scott on the big screen!

I think there is a lot of valuable knowledge to be gained from satellite/aerial programs such as Google Earth, but more and more Google is starting to creep me out. Let me put it this way: as fond as I am of Scott, I am ever fonder still of our (speaking as a US citizen) 4th Amendment (which has been quietly slipping into a coma for decades). Minor freak out over (well...not minor IMHO, but over (at least on this website).

On topic: Do any of you know if there will be more Saw V events coming up (other than Sawmania)? I just am so happy to see Scott out and about.

I couldn't agree with you more, NGNM. I'm not sure that someone other than Scott himself disclosing that kind of information is considered the right thing to do. But I said earlier, there isn't much information about this website or its makers, just a picture of a house -- someone's house -- without any confirmation of whose house. And it is creepy that someone would post such information. Makes me glad I'm not a celebrity.

Raybin Management keeps sending me multiple e-mails to buy tickets for SawMania in November -- and there's contest to win a free stay at the "Saw Suite" in Las Vegas -- I think the winner is announced at SawMania in NYC (weird). The SawSuite will have lots of Saw props from I believe multiple movies. That's all I've been able to find so far -- but I haven't really been looking that much. They are saying that 9 Saw cast members will be in NYC, Scott is not listed as one of the cast in their advertisements.

Happily, he's probably too busy right now to go. My interest in Saw only extends to Scott. I remember last year there seemed to be more interviews with Scott. Maybe some more will surface soon. I just love to hear the man talk!

I posted on the interview thread a link where he's interviewed and there's other links in there too that shows him being filmed in Saw V. Did you see those? His voice is very soft.

Yeah, he's in thoughtful mode until the very end. "Some of my best friends were ghosts." Loved that. The clip of them filming the head box trap confirmed how scary it must have been for him. Such a brave boy, that one...

I chuckled at that one -- Casper the friendly ghost and a 9 year old Scott. Living near a cemetery was an interesting discovery about him, though I don't know if he was just embellishing, but he seemed to be telling a childhood story of himself.
