Tofilchick: Have you ever been to the Massey Theater??? That's one place I want to visit for sure, if I'm ever lucky enough to get to Toronto again. I notice that it's not too far from where they film Saw.

I wonder if Scott visited there last year. And I think Scott has been to Toronto more than once -- meaning before last year.

I have been there. It is about 1o minutes from where I live. It's not as busy as it used to be but I have seen a lot of acts there including Supertamp for $8 way back when. Scott has been here before? How did I miss that? I think the studio is an old building on Eastern Avenue. That's where a lot of films are shot.

Does anyone here know if Scott is on Facebook? I know that a lot of film people here are. My friend keeps in touch with a lot of her work connections that way.

I know exactly where The Beaches are. We used to eat there all the time when I visited him and we were just dating. And he would take me to this great bookstore there. Deborah - Scott was definitely in Toronto before because they filmed the Pilot of GG in Toronto and just outside Toronto. And the Gilmores' house in the Pilot episode was a mansion in the Bridle Path which is in North York where my in-laws live, and we have friends that live right outside the Bridle Path. Prince has a house in the Bridle Path (or he used to - I'm not 100% sure that he still has it).

It's a great place isn't it? We get a lot of tourists in the summer but I love it.

Do shows list who the extras are going to be in a film?
I've never noticed them being credited. Wonder how Julie McLeod got such attention just being an extra.

I wonder if they are going to date again.

Quietly I'm curious, but outwardly -- he's single, he's gorgeous, he's got money, he's built like all get-out, and he's intelligent -- what's there not to like or come back for?????? I'm glad he has a personal life.

I also suspect he's been to Toronto before GG as well -- read something -- just can't put my finger on it at the moment.

I would love to have my hands on him too...in fact more than just my hands.

Back to reality now...I am pretty sure Scott is not lonely for companionship (ahem). Good for him, he's a single guy.

I drove along Eastern Avenue on my way home tonight. The studio ares looks pretty barren. They are building new studios near the lake so I don't think that they are looking after the older ones.

Yeah, if I was single I would be going and signing up to be an extra on Saw V. \

I'm not single and I would still sign up to be an extra. My husband and I have an "understanding", he will not stand in my way to get Scott and I will not stand in his way for Tiffani Theissan ( the Saved by the Bell Girl, I think he is crazy but he loves her!)

My aunt and uncle had the same kind of understanding you and your husband have, Michelle. He would not stand in the way if Harrison Ford propositioned my aunt, and she would not stand in the way if Angie Dickinson propositioned him.

And their marriage is the best one I know - they've been married 38 years so far.

tofilmchick - Did you really not know that the Pilot of "Gilmore Girls" was filmed in and just outside Toronto? I LOVE Toronto! I like it better in the warmer months, but it is still a great city all year round.

I used to love it when we stayed at the hotels downtown. We used to get amazing rates at the Royal York and the King Edward, but now the great rates are a little too expensive for us, so we now usually stay at the Westin Prince or with friends or family. We will be in Toronto at the end of April and we'll be staying at my brother-in-law's. He and his family will be away when we are there.
