| No - Scott's never directed (professionally) (yet) - and in fact it might get confusing when he does!! There's an Australian director named "Scott Patterson." Sometimes his credits get mixed in with our Scott's credits by mistake.... Also as a heads-up while we're at it - there's currently a AAA pitcher for the NY Yankees - who's from New Jersey - and whose name is also Scott Patterson. Which is really messing up searches for our SP's baseball cards/info!!! Just noticed title of this thread - "news - if there (is) any" LOL!!!!! __________________ Avi by a former Albanian c. 1980s. | I've been wondering the exact same thing. If he's serious about it I'm guessing oils definitely; watercolors maybe. Watercolor painting is much harder than it looks.... I also wonder how much drawing vs. painting?! And has he always been doing this on his downtime or is it something he did a long time ago and picked up again more recently? As a totally wild guess - I'd say 60/40 he's abstract - not representational. Or if his paintings are representational, there's some kind of twist.... I also keep thinking of the Will & Grace ep. in which he plays a watercolor artist. Saw it again recently! Everytime I've watched it - I've thought he's portraying an artist in the same way he's an FBI agent in Saw - or a diner owner on GG. Joke's on me! I'll never see it the same way again!!
