I think it's someone pulling a fast one. IMDb isn't always the place for reliable personal information and bios can be "biased". I think it's a hoax.

I usually don't trust IMDB, just wasn't sure. Scott's ability to do things and taste surprise me. haha

I don't know where IMDb got it from -- or maybe it was originated elsewhere, but somewhere along the lines there was a blurb that Scott founded the music group "The Happy Birthdays." Come to find out later -- much later -- after it had been "out there" in the public for a while -- that it was not true. Just goes to prove that you can't believe everything you read, I guess.

Me too. The only time I hear Scott mention singing was on the Season 1 (??) dvd interview when he said that he was singing in a band when he was 9 (I'm Not Your Stepping Stone and Back In The U.S.S.R. -- loved that interview )

I only read on the internet about The Happy Birthday.

Some people can be just sooooo funny.
