| Master Fan   | Welcome to the board Michelle.  As for the avatar, do this: - Go to User CP (first tab up in the left corner of the page) - On left hand side there is Settings & Options. Under that there are a bunch of 'Edit' links... the very last one is 'Edit Avatar' click that and follow the instructions, it should work.
