Talking about movies taking a while to be released (in the US)

The Mighty Macs (no not a movie about Apple computers LOL) This stars Carla Gugino and was shot in 2007 but only came to US cinemas this October, I only remember it because Carla was on Ferguson last month and they showed a clip. And here's the kicker I saw it on TV here in AU this morning! I don't know if it came to cinemas here or how long it's been on the Family Movie Channel but it made me think of Concrete Canyons.

Nothing new to report, Craig. But, that is interesting about The Mighty Macs. I have seen the trailer for it.

I've been busy this weekend -- I'll try to watch again. Can't bellieve I'm going to look at horse instead of Scott. Hmmmmmm (maybe I can look at both!!)

I think the horse in CC was a darker brown. Charlie looked much lighter to me with an even lighter colored mane.

I agree. As a matter of fact, I'm going to watch Concrete Canyons on my tv tonite. If I can just hook up the correct cables from my laptop to my 50" flatscreen.......

I need to watch it again too. Sometimes I am guilty of watching it on my laptop shrunk down real tiny in the corner of the screen on the days I work from home. I am still working.... but it makes it a little more enjoyable. Don't tell anybody!!

That's what I was wondering too. But, if they filmed in Canada it would have made it difficult to get her to LA. Maybe having to interact with the horse on the CC set got Scott feeling he wanted a horse of his own.

It is good, I wish it would have been better promoted, especially in the US. Defintely would have been an interesting character to be developed for a series. We've discussed that before but the really missed an opportunity there. Ben was kind of quirky, would have probably gone over well as a weekly series.
