Thanks for the info, While I agree it sucks after 7 years on the show he has to audition for the same network that he has a contract for I do see their POV. Who knows maybe it's just a formality?

Let's just hope that CW comes to their senses. If they want to breathe life into this show, Scott is the one that can pull this thru. My 11 year old niece has more management abilities than D.O. does. She really needs to have her head examined to find out if a brain exists up there.

There's a difference here. The Repo people knew of Scott's time constraint and the WB holding clause. Scott even gave them extra time (more time) to make a decision. TPTB, knowing all these things, and their ability not to make a decision, left Scott with no alternative. He didn't walk away from the Repo role in a huff.

We all know why he walked away from it and I never once doubted that he would make such a drastic decision for nothing less than really good reasons.

It just sounds like there is more to it. I mean, Scott knows he won't just be given any role he picks out of the scripts Peter Roth gave him. Experience or not.

Unfortunately, his walking away from Repo Man plus this auditon thing-y is being seen as some [over on TWoP, anyway] as divaesque -- for lack of a better word --behavior.

I'd like to see him on any other network but The CW. DO seems like a dingbat.

I don't know if it is true that DO doesn't remember Scott playing Luke for 7 years, but it does seem fair that he has to audition for a role just to make sure he fits...right?

I would like to hear Scott's side as well I believe he is not that stupid to turn down a role just because they won't give it to him like that, I believe that there is more to it
