Boy, it's extremely slow this week. I hope everyone is doing well, and is preparing for a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with loved ones. I'm finished baking for the day today,

I'm in the market for a nice book to read -- something that could cuddle up with and pillows all around, and a fire in the fireplace. Something to put a smile on my face.

Wishing everyone who celebrates Thanksgiving on the fourth Thursday of November, a hearty and love-filled holiday.

Be safe out there -- the drinking and driving part (we all want you posting for years to come) -- enjoy all the sport (mostly college, right?) -- may all your teams win; and as Luke says about food in response to Emily query: "Everything in moderation" -- usually avoids the question "Where's my Pepto Bismol"??

Hopefully we see some people online tonite and tomorrow even though Friday begins the great Christmas Rush!! Happy Hunting (for shopping buys)

It took me days to get the house & food ready for Thanksgiving and in 5 hours it is all over. What a bummer.!

I'm relaxing now -- everything is in order now -- it was a lot of fun today -- the house is so still and quiet now.

On the 10th Anniversary "Announcement" there's a wonderful

game to play. I did -- and it was great to play it -- it's a paper chase game. You ought to try it!!!

I'm thinking of changing tradition in the house -- going for an artificial tree -- might be easier on everyone. We've got so much knick-knacks to place around the house that we could convert the to a sub-station of the North Pole.

HAPPY BELATED THANKSGIVING EVERYONE WHO CELEBRATES IT. Had a very quiet holiday. Had to work. Didn't go shopping. After last year when the crazy people broke 3 of the glass doors at the mall decided there is nothing that important that I need to get up at 3am for. The fun thing is that my fiance is English and has never celebrated Thanksgiving. We celebrated today. I think he liked it. Now I am trying to explain Football to him.

And Happy Thanksgiving to you too -- I love it, Danis!!! Does he compare football to rugby???? And are British turkeys as "plump" as our rebel turkeys??? I gave up midnight madness a few years back as well -- I recall my sister spending 2 hours getting all gussied up to go shopping at 3:00 a.m. -- crazy stuff.
