It's a crazy world out there today, Razzle. Einstein HS is about 10 miles from my office.

Well a got a $250.00 refund. I paid for the new brake pads, but not the labor. It was a compromise.

I've decided to stay indoors tonite. Let it be a safe night tonite.

How is everyone else tonite??

Yeah it was insane today, I got to Howard Community College and about ten minutes after I left I got this very frightening text message (we have a mobile alert system now because of VT)

FR: HCC Mobile Alert System
SUBJ: LOCKDOWN NOW!
MSG: The college is in LOCKDOWN immediately. Get into a room and close the door and turn off lights and remain until further notice.

Anyway today has been a violent day..worker hit on 95, 5 year old hit by a bus. Wednesdays are not good days.

And yeah, definitely stay inside, they haven't found the shooter from HoCo and it's quite frightening. :/

Ugh, you wouldn't believe it but SP.net got hacked!

I couldn't access my site yesterday and today... and I found out by googling around.. that Coppermine (where I got my Gallery) got hacked. And this spread and infected not only my Gallery files but my whole website. It changed all my php and html files and caused antivirus programs to say that there's a virus when going to SP. I tried to fix it and I'm still waiting for coppermine to release a patch, so this won't happen again. Meanwhile, I had to take the Gallery offline.

Oh and, if you guys get any weird messages from your antivirus program, please tell me, so I know if I deleted everything bad from my server.

Oh and razzle, that sounds awful. I don't know why that happens so often.

Susi -- I'm so sorry you are dealing with that, I hope coppermine's is a swift rescue. Does that mean that you have to re-create -- permanent damage?? I hope not -- for your sake -- for all you do on that website -- that's just horrid -- it might have been an accident, but it doesn't negate the nuisance factor. Deep breaths and sighs.

Razzle -- all the buzzy bees after you today??? It's almost 80 degrees outside!! I gather you're allergic. Indoors for you, Missy. So I'm going from heat in the morning to air conditioning in the afternoon today???

Howdy SPA,

Work has been extra heavy the last few days. Son's car finally runs as of Tuesday, only took five weeks and complete engine rebuild. @*#%

I have to finish the dreaded tax forms and then pay!! Argh!

Glad to see you got some satisfaction from the car 'flakes'.

What have you been up to??

Susi, I did notice yesterday when I went there that my computer was acting weird, I ended up shutting down my computer and rebooting because it wouldn't let me close the site.

I hope it all works out for you, so much time and energy you put in.

Razzle the bees are after you? better then the law I suppose.

Lovely day today with forecasts of even better days this weekend. Already done with work and now have three days off.

And I always forget to say 'Hey" first so Hey everyone.

And SPA, not I'm not allergic that I know of, but I have a terrible phobia of bees. Beyond a fear, literally a phobia haha I'm not afraid of being stung.

It got warm here so fast that it is making my allergies go nuts! my eyes are burning...I hate this time of year for this reason.

Razzle, I don't like bees either, and they are all over my avocado tree.

Sorry to hear about the school shootings there yesterday. It is always so senseless when this happens, but three in one day. Terrible. I hope they find the responsible person(s) soon. Such a tragedy.

School shootings upset me so much. They are so senseless and a waste of innocent lives. It makes you scared to send your kids off into the world.

CJ, I noticed your X Files movie quote. I loved the X Files. Another one of my all-time favorite TV series, behind GG of course. I can't wait for the new X Files movie coming out in July.

(BTW, love your new avatar!)

So hey everyone, it shows that anything is possible for a GG movie in the future. I mean, who ever thought they would finally make the X Files movie after all these years. It could happen for GG as well.

Thanks Tarty! I can't wait to see the movie either. I didn't know they were filming it until after it wrapped, otherwise I would have made a roadtrip to watch filming. Vancouver's only about 7 hours from where I'm at. The ab-fab Karen (KbatMO) made my avatar for me. She's got mad skills!

As for the GG movie, never say never, but, color me skeptic. The main cast is busy with other things (SP and Saw 5/6, LG's "world wife tour".) And from what I've heard, WB is not happy with the way negoations went down with Team P at the end of season 6 and the girls with the season 8 fiasco so financing could be an issue.

Also, pilot season is coming up fairly quickly so if any of the main cast gets locked into a pilot/series, (fingers crossed for SP!) scheduling issues are going to be a huge problem.
