My snow-storm was a bust. I should have known. It's all anyone talked about since early this morning. The more they (weather people) talk, the less that happens.

I'm now a daily pill-taker. Ugh. I hate getting old.

It's snowed for a while here but it didn't stick. Yes, getting older pretty much sucks that's why I refuse to do it! Lol

I'm just in shock about Whitney Houston. Her beauty and her voice will be missed, but she will be remembered, with kindness.

Very sad, but as it goes with so many, she just couldn't fight those demons once they got a hold of her. We won't know for sure for a while what happened, but it is obvious your body can only take so much. It's a shame, so much talent.

Today we are having cake for Hubby's birthday. I already made him his favorite dinner.

Took my daughter snd her friend to the Q & A session with Kevin Bacon (kimd of like the Actors Studio show) tonight over in Philly. He was so cool. Gave a lot of insight into the acting world and how he got started etc. He's another guy from the area who made it big. But of course, Scott's still the fave!

Wow, Espo!!!! I missed a chance to see him and Kyra when Kevin was playing with his band (with his brothers, right??) in Annapolis, about 5 years back. Wished I'd taken the tickets when they came upon me.

Were you able to photograph or video any of it?

They asked for no video to be taken, and at the end I got a picture, but it was blurry. He was really cool. Seems like a nice guy, down to earth. He said when he gets a part he comes up with a whole ficticious bio for the character, right down to favorite foods, playlist for ipod, all little details of the character. He fills in the blanks from the script for himself and that helps him build the character in his mind. I found that interesting. He also said when he was doing a play while he was a teenager a young girl came up to him in a deli, all shy, she was only 12. Told him she liked him in the show. It was Kyra. They met again years later. How cute is that??

Just a heads up. From Thursday (day after tomorrow til the following Tuesday) I won't be around. I'll be going on my annual weekend and I won't have computer access.
