Es, I know what you mean. First it was Alexis and Lauren wouldn't do an eighth season if Alexis was out, but now it's up to Lauren?

Yeah! I thought Lauren was the one who wanted another season, but Alexis wanted to quit acting...Now Lauren is the one who's against a season 8?

Just give us a short season and we're all happy

Weird, that's the first time I read that it's Lauren who's against a season 8. Can't be.

Short season would be perfect, IMO.

Actually I think they had pitched an extremely Rory light season with the focus turned on Luke-Lorelai (and I'm assuming Lorelai-Emily) and I know she was against that, so maybe that's what MA is refering to...
That she is considering following such a plan if they are talking about reduced episode order...

I wouldn't mind a Rory light season and more Luke&Lorelai / Lorelai&Emily. This way we might get the things we want to see between L&L and things won't be rushed to an ending.

It would also be nice if we get a sincere conversation between Lorelai and Emily. Emily finally telling Lorelai that she is proud of her and loves her

I am not a big fan of more Emily/Lorelai scenes.

But I wouldn't mind having the focus on Luke/Lorelai (and April?)

Imagine what they could do with the dvd's if there were only 10-12 episode to release.
