You know, I think Amy might have observed Scott and predicated Luke's character a lot on the way Scott naturally is -- that's what made it so very real.

There's something about his manner -- you know that Luke's purpose is to help women. He make think that we're nutz, but he will do what it takes to be a gentleman to help out the fairer sex.

Even though we never really got a huge amount of backstory about his mom and dad, I get the impression he was a lot like his dad and that's how his dad was.
