We need to find pictures and post.

I haven't seen this movie since in its first rough draft form for feedback for producer/director. I do know that at some point there have been some re-shoots. I don't know to which point and to whose character(s).

We will find out soon enough!!

I think I am going to way to buy it until I hear your honest opinions on the movie. I'd hate for Scott to have very limited screen time and it be a movie I'm not really interested in seeing.

A lot of the movie is how I remembered it, but there are some differences. Most of the scenes Scott was in when I saw it for the first time, made the final cut. It's a funny, quirky movie.....the plot is silly......but if you are a Scott Patterson fan and are hungry to see him on film, this movie won't disappoint you.

Good. Is Scott in it a lot or more more of a supporting role. I would like to see it but if Scott is not in it much I won't watch if.

You can rent the movie on itunes for $4.99. In my opinion, it's not worth owning. The movie is a mess--very amateurish. Poor character and story development. Seems unfair to comment on the acting because so many scenes seem out of place and/or fragmented, as if the whole thing was once a giant vase that got smashed by a ball thrown by Peter Brady and then desperately cobbled together with craft glue (Sorry--can't resist a Brady Bunch simile).

I agree with SPA that the story is silly. I think the young filmmakers wanted to make the next "Brothers McMullen" and they missed by a hemisphere. You can see the bones of a good story possibility, though.

Scott's stoyline is small and not well connected to the main plot as must have been the original intent. He's in about 6 scenes. He plays the father of a girl one of the Frankenstein brothers falls for. It seems like originally, his character and his wife were supposed to represent both inspiration and caution regarding marriage.

If you like to look at Scott, it's worth renting. You will get to see him wearing nice- fitting jeans and even black Converse high top sneakers.

iTunes!!!! I forgot about that. Thank you NoGods. Rent Rent Rent is the way to go!!!

I agree with NoGods summary of the film. It was Lee Roy Kunz first strike at film-making. And, after initial filming ended, he reshot the movie about 4-5 months later, hence the reasoning for the choppiness of the scenes. The Martin family (Scott's character) seemed to have more to do with the movie when I first saw it -- the final product doesn't show this.

NoGods, I love the scene where he's walking in his socked feet -- t-shirt and sweatpants -- quinntessential Scott.

Thanks, NG and Deborah for the input.

Perhaps the filmmakers felt that the way to attract the 'younger' audience they needed to make it 'sillier' perhaps.

A good possibility, Lulu. It was a silly plot to begin with. The final product seemed more like HS or college prank-ish, you know? So a younger demographic could/would relate, most definitely.
