SUNDAY, MARCH 16

"ALIENS IN AMERICA" (8:30-9:00 p.m. ET)

"Community Theater" (TV-14, D) (HDTV)

JUSTIN AND FRANNY STAR IN "RENT" Franny's (Amy Pietz) community theater group puts on a production of "Rent," and when she can't get Justin (Dan Byrd) to audition for a part, she convinces him to at least join the stage crew so they can have some quality mother/son time. When Justin meets the cute, artsy leading actress Zoe (guest star Larisa Oleynik), he auditions for the male lead and lands the part, giving him an excuse to spend time with Zoe. The two become inseparable, but the friendship is damaged when Zoe discovers that Justin has let his buddies believe that he and Zoe are having sex. Meanwhile, Claire (Lindsey Shaw) joins the teen hotline at school, but finds that she isn't able to help anyone. Feeling bad for her, Raja (Adhir Kalyan) calls in using a fake name and an American accent and begins telling Claire his troubles. Michael Fresco directed the episode written by Sam Lyborune (#112).

Raja and Claire hooking up -- okay!!! This ought to be cute -- Claire working a hotline. Franny and Justin this time. Where's Gary??? We'll find out soon enough. I can't wait!!!

This episode should be interesting to see Raja and Claire. I agree, there better be Gary in it too.

I think seeing Justin doing Rent is going to be funny. Only 30 minutes until Scott.

I'm kinda hoping the last few episodes will suck so I won't miss it so much but this is sounding HILARIOUS.

Also, I've yet to see any commercials.

All I can say:

Gary and his "tape worm"

Scott eating "ham"!!!!!!!

Was it just me, or did Scott seem a little unsure of what to do with a prophylactic???

And I agree with Justin "What was Dad doin with a whole mess of those????"

I loved the episode.

So Raja can speak perfect English!!! I like the friendship between him and Claire. Dare I think of romance for them in the future????

Okay, I'm sure none of you will be surprised by my comments:

Way too much of Justin!!! He was just as awful as ever, and it was worse because he was in it a lot. Plus, there was very little of Gary. There needed to be more Gary. And that father-son condom moment was very weird and awkward. Gary and Justin have no rapport at all together, but I guess they aren't supposed to.

I did really like the Raja and Claire bonding. That was sweet. That was the best part of the episode and the only part I liked. The 'tapeworm' bit was funny too. Gary and food! Oy with the Poodles!

I actually liked Justin tonight, I did not find him that annoying. I loved Gary and the condom...sent my mind to many different places and they were all dirtier than the next. All in all I thought it was a great episode. I loved when Gary told just to be on the stage crew, it is a lot less gay that way. hahahaha
