| Save Our Show. Save One Tree Hill YOU GUYS PROBABLE HEARD OF THIS ALREADY BUT I HAVENT SEEN A THREAD ABOUT THIS. PLEASE VOTE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN TO SAVE ONE TREE HILL. LAST YEAR ONE TREE HILL WON THIS. PLEASE VOTE. IT REALLY WOULD HELP BRING A FIFTH SEASON TO ONE TREE HILL VOTE HERE: http://www.eonline.com/gossip/kristin/detail/index.jsp?uuid=52af6b98-eb72-45a0-b27b-7798e6bf906f Let the panic begin. It is that time of year, dear tubers, where we TV fans must face the most brutal of all realities: Some of our favorite shows will not make it to the light of another season. (Let's pause for a group hug.) And this year, the list of endangered shows includes some of the very best series on television—which is what makes the campaign I'm about to announce to you all the more important. Welcome to our seventh annual Save One Show campaign—where, you, the fans, get to decide which one endangered series is most deserving of rescue. It is the best way for you to make your voice heard with the powers that be—before it's too late. Now, lest you think this silly little poll doesn't really make a difference, let me remind you that our Save One Show campaign has a solid track record, having successfully rescued five out of six winning shows. And if I had a nickel for every time a castmember or producer told me our SOS singlehandedly saved them...well, I bet I'd have a whole dollar. That said, it is extremely important that you take part and vote—and encourage your friends to do the same. There is strength in numbers, and the network execs do listen. Here's what you do: 1. Look over the endangered series list below and VOTE HERE TO SAVE ONE SHOW. Also, note that this year we're doing it a little differently. Rather than taking votes by email or in the Comments section, we've created a dedicated voting booth, so get over there and get clickin'! 2. Check back next Friday to see current voting rankings. (We've added in this step for all you overanxious souls!) 3. Come back Apr. 13 to find out this year's grand-prize SOS winner. The winner receives show-saving promotion in all three of our mediums—E! Online, E! News and the Vine. Plus, I personally will deliver your show-saving plea directly to the network execs of the winning show, so feel free to share your show-saving message in the Comments section below. SOS Video Bonus: Our SOS campaign also has a cool new feature this year. We're going to let you make your own Save One Show video, so you can show the world why you want your show to be rescued. We'll select the three best videos and air them on our broadband channel, the Vine. All you need to do is shoot your video on a Webcam, then upload your video by clicking here. Now, since you can only choose one show, I know the selection can be heart-wrenching. So, in an effort to help you make a (hopefully) informed decision, allow me to break down for you what I'm hearing about each SOS contender's current chances of survival: Last edited by tash_qwert; 04-05-2007 at 06:31 AM. | |||
