ETA: Peter talking about baseball. Such a great moment. I really loved it. It was good conversation with Neal. Got some insight about Peter's life and his relationship with his father.

The form they had to fill out and the talk about Sara.

Sara learns about Neal's Commutation/hearing from Peter. She goes over to Neal's to ask why he hasn't told her. He says he didn't want to her feel like she had to say something nice about him. They talk about their relationship. About Neal keeping things from her and how they are hitting that bump again with him not telling him about his hearing. Neal says also the whole U-boat treasure was a factor. Sara stays over so they can talk about everything. Not just the hearing, but things in general. Be open and honest. It a cute. scene.

We learn that Peter almost made it to the big leagues with baseball, but he got an injured. He had surgery and could play again but it would have ruined him arm permanently so he quiet and found a different dream. That was another great scene. It was almost a metaphor for Neal and his choices.

I loved the last scene where Peter and Neal played catch at the Yankee stadium. I got a such a father/son vibe. Loved it.

Ugh I just want Neal to have his bromance with Peter and his romance with Sara. This episode was perfect. Neal saying he didn't want Sara to think he was taking advantage of her. Neal and Peter playing catch. June being June. Eli and Peters adorableness. Sara and Peter. He's such an older brother to both Sara and Neal. lol Diane calling Sara Insurance Investigative Barbie still cracks me up. lol

Sara to Peter: Neal didnt mention that when we ..reconnected.

There was a heavy emphasis on the reconnected part, wonder what else it implied

I wish we got to see what more of what was discussed in Neal/Sara's "talk" and where do they stand now?

Not much of a baseball fan, but I enjoyed the scenes between Peter and Neal.

Re-watching tonight to take in the smaller details but I loved the episode. I thought it had more of a feel of the earlier episodes with the OT3 breakfast scene and Peter and Neal talking and playing catch at the end.

The NS scene was just what I wanted. I wanted them to talk and be honest with each other rather than continuing where they'd left off with the secrets and all. And I was really happy Neal told Sara he hadn't mentioned the hearing because he didn't want her to think he was taking advantage of her. That was really sweet.

I'd have liked a longer scene with NS. It would have been great to see exactly what they were talking about.

There was a lot of emphasis on 'reconnection' and it leaves me wondering exactly what went on between them and why Neal was all smiles the day after.

Really good episode I thought and I loved what Neal did for Peter at the end. I loved Sara's few scenes and that she's going to back up Neal at the hearing. The scenes with her and Neal were very sweet, even if they didn't get that much time in the episode.

I still have a bad feeling about that hearing though.

Loved that end scene with Peter and Neal.

Wish we could have heard more of the conversation between Neal and Sara.

I agree I don't think the hearing is going to go well. I just keep wondering what the show is going to be like if Neal is free.

I enjoyed the episode. I would have liked more Neal/Sara but I'm good with what we got.

I wonder what the show will be like if Neal is free too, he'd have to continue to work for the FBI for the show to run under the same sort of dynamics. I cant see Neal not choosing to work for the FBI and Peter keeping every move made by Neal under surveillance

I would have loved more Neal and Sara, I loved that they were talking and being open and I honestly would have loved to have seen that scene extended. I'm happy with what we got of course I guess I can just never get too much NS.

If Neal does go free I think a lot is going to change in terms of dynamic. The show has revolved around Neal's redemption and trying to make good but having his ties to the world of the con. We'll still have that I don't doubt it but Neal being in Peter's custody and that pull has always been there. I can't see Neal not wanting to work alongside Peter, and in all essence that is what the show is, but I have to wonder how relationships will change again, in particular with Mozzie.
