TENSION AT PEYTON’S USO SHOW — Tension fills the air backstage at Peyton's (Hilarie Burton) USO Show, as Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) deals with Peyton and Julian’s (guest star Austin Nichols) romantic past. Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) battles stage fright and Nathan (James Lafferty) struggles with a decision that could change his career. Brooke (Sophia Bush) gets a call that threatens her relationship with Sam (guest star Ashley Rickards). Millicent (Lisa Goldstein) confronts Mouth (Lee Norris) on his relationship with Gigi (guest star Kelsey Chow). Angels and Airwaves make a guest appearance.

6.11: We Three (My Echo, My Shadow and Me)

Lucas pulls Peyton out of Karen's Cafe very quickly and then are car comes by and seems like they are going to run them over. We think Dan or his driver was driving and possibly Brooke in the back seat, but we don't know that for sure. They start running when the car comes to a hault because he is heading towards another car coming his direction. Not sure the exact details, but Lucas pulls out a gun and shoots, then turns around and points the gun toward the car chasing them. That was all for this section of the scene.

Chad is pointing the gun, sets it down and puts his hands up. Then it seemed as though someone maybe gets out of the car or something and holds up a gun because Skills comes running through and knocks Lucas out of the way by tackling him to the ground. Next thing he gets up and then Hilary has a look of terror on her face and collapses onto the ground, appearing to either have been dead or passed out. From the looks of it we are guessing she was shot because Lucas is holding her and rocking her in his arms.

Summary from the 612 sides for LP: Julian and Lucas discuss his upcoming trip to LA to meet the director(Dixon) for his movie. Peyton gets a bit edgy with Mia and it seems she's expecting a phone call. Lucas and Peyton have a scene in her office here Peyton seems to be hiding something from Lucas. Just as Lucas and Dixon discuss a possible tragic ending for the movie, we find out that it was the doctor from whom Peyton was expecting the call.

Just one last question here. Now, I know you can’t tell us who Lucas invited to Las Vegas, obviously, but do you think the fans will be happy with how that storyline plays out?

You know Don, I really hope so. I know that there’s a danger in -- One of the staples of our show and the staples of television in general has been the love triangle. For us it became a love rectangle, which was my version and the show’s version of trying to turn that dynamic on its head a little bit. I think at the end of last season no one would have expected Lindsey, no one would have expected the introduction of someone else that Lucas was interested in and that Lucas loved. Whether the fans loved it or hated it or whether they felt like it worked, I always felt it was a way of challenging the audience and yet still giving them the show they sort of love. Obviously, I’m not stupid about this stuff and I don’t make these decisions lightly, I know that if Lucas picks one person, that changes the dynamic that the audience has been familiar with for a long, long time. The relationship and who Lucas picks will frame the season for a lot of fans. For the ones that are happy, it’ll be a great season. For the ones that wish he would have picked someone else, the season will suck. I would just urge them to look beyond that and look at what we’re doing as a show. I mean, when you watch the first three episodes, it’s undeniable that this is still a relevant, risky, forward thinking show. I think that this season is once again a really challenging, forward thinking season of One Tree Hill.

There were a lot of new characters introduced last season. Is there anyone new joining this year?

We will meet some new faces along the way, sure. One of them is John Doe, who is playing Nick Wolfe, who may or may not be Peyton’s biological father. And I think that that’s very much at the center of the storyline, is they expect him to be her father but he’s not very forthcoming as a character with that information. The question is why is that the case when he clearly made a choice to reach out to Peyton. So we plan to see John earlier than later in the season. We’ll see the return of Daphne Zuniga’s character, Victoria, which is really great. Above and beyond that, we will see some new characters. One of them is a character named Samantha, who is being played by Ashley Rickards. She’s a younger character, I always think it’s important to keep younger characters in the show while the show has aged. You still have a young fan base that’s interested in those stories, and so Samantha is going to be a high school student that we’re going to meet early on and tell stories about her as well.

The whole pregnancy thing with it not going smoothly could just be the part where Peyton thinks she is sick, then is unsure of whether or not to tell Lucas. Then once she's pregnant it might not be so bad. Anyway though, it's never going to go smoothly. It's a drama show, which is exactly why Haley got hit by a car. Whatever happens I think LP will get through it, because they always conquer their personal drama's and their relationship drama's of this type together.

I was looking over the main spoiler thread, and I noticed that the Brooke/Owen scene which was filmed during episode 10's dates was actually in episode 9. Also, there was a Nathan/Lucas scene filmed on the RW filmed during 9's dates that wasn't shown last night. The hospital scene wasn't shown either. Hilarie and Sophia filmed something at that outdoor table near COB too. I don't know. Maybe that was just Austin and Hilarie, and the BP scene was the one in COB. But, it does look like we have things filmed out of episode order.

I'm pretty sure that BP scene that was reported was actually the JuP scene. I recognize the location. They filmed it the same day as the scene at COB, that's probably why filming reports got mixed up.
