| Just one episode? dont know why I am happy about that. But I am. I want to believe they did invite Hilarie to return and she turned it down. Sounds alot better than them not even considering to extend an invite her way. There are alot of people out there who would like to see Hil return, not just Chad. | I'm sad and glad that HIlarie isnt coming back. She is on a lot better show than Oth. She doesnt need to take a step back. Why would they kill off Peyton? There is no need to if Chad is only back for one episode. Just say she is busy with something or other or say she left his butt for the hot Matt Bomer. hehe | |||

| Not sure what to think about that. Maybe if there's some LH and LN scenes I'll watch, but even then I'm not sure. All I know is that I'm hoping they didn't kill Peyton off. Maybe Hil didn't or couldn't go back, but I don't think they should kill off the character over just one episode. They have made boat loads of excuses for other characters not to be here or there before, so the least they could do is give her an excuse for not being there other than her being dead. | |||

| Why do they even have to address it? If he's there to help Haley than he should be there to help Haley not make an excuse for why Peyton isn't there? I don't know. I was hoping that Lucas and Peyton would come back for the finale episode and the gang would meet up at the rivercourt (cough without Brooke cough) and Nathan and Lucas would play basketball. You know how the show kinda started and everything. That is what I hoped. But like CristalBuddy said when LP drove off this show, I was in the back seat with them. I won't come back either without both LPS. ETA: Off topic a little bit. I didn't know that James was only going to be on for seven episodes? | Since CMM is only returning for one episode, I think those rumors about killing off Peyton is just that. CMM returns in the 9x07 episode according to the OTH forum. AAG had this to say about why HB was not invited back: Quote:

| How could they determine that Hil wasnt busy when she said she was? Though I dont really think Peyton will be kiled off, I dont see Peyton ever agree to having another baby when it almost killed herself and the baby the last time she went through with.
