It is a music store. We first saw her there in 4x10, when Haley had a car accident and Lucas had a heart attack. She felt desperate and went to the music store to find something to hold on. And then Marc came there and suggested her a CD to make her feel hopeful. And then 'Unbeliever' started playing in that scene. The last time we saw her there was in season 5. She felt desperate again and went to the music store but it was all empty and closed. The 9th one is from that scene.
