-This will be Tree Hill's graduation. None of the parents are there.

-Lucas and Peyton are sitting very close, with one (random) person between them. They are wearing honors sashes over their gowns.

-At graduation, Lucas gets a text message about his mom's condition, and he is upset. Peyton puts her arm around him to comfort him.

-Lucas/Haley scene in front of the hospital. Karen is in the hospital due to complications with her pregnancy (she goes into a coma). Unfortunately she has to miss the graduation ceremony, and Lucas is pretty upset about that.

-Lucas is in scrubs, mask and surgical hat at the hospital so it appears that he goes into the operating room with his mom. I'm not positive of this. I know that there is a scene where N/L hug after Haley and Karen are wheeled into separate rooms. Everyone (including Peyton) eventually shows up at the hospital.

From Mal:
-Peyton and Haley have a friendly conversation over ice cream floats at Peyton's apartment just taking a break from the hospital. They are talking about graduation where Peyton asks Haley if her parents are coming back for graduation and she tells her they are coming back for the birth of the baby instead. Haley asks Peyton if her dad is coming to graduation and Peyton tells Haley about the internship and how she is going to LA and that her dad is going to just meet her there in a few weeks.

-Peyton shows up at the hospital. Haley suggests that they call her. It's Peyton, Nathan, and Haley with Lucas.

-I think what we're getting is a little bit of Lucas and Deb teaming up again (like in S2), because they definitely don't want Dan anywhere near Karen. Deb goes to the house and sees the bullet in the wall and then she confronts Luke about it. Lucas tells Deb about Dan killing Keith. I think she threatens Dan afterward. Deb tells Nathan, and then Nathan confronts Dan about the accusation. Dan confesses in a later scene that he killed Keith.

-Lucas' friends come to pick him up for graduation. The only one not there is Nathan because that is when he is confronting Dan.

-Most of the next episode is about Karen's birth. Lucas, Nathan, Haley, Peyton and Deb are at the hospital for a number of scenes. There's a cute scene after Karen gives birth where Nate, Haley and Peyton go see the baby and Haley is all "baby, baby, baby" and Nate is all freaked.

From I Have A Brain:
-In the first half of the episode, LP are cuddling on Peyton's bed during the day (they are not like cuddling after sex or anything). They are just having a moment to just be with each other. It's sweet.

From Rebecca:
-I would describe it more like "holding onto each other." Lucas wants to stay with her because she brings comfort to him.

-4.20's cliffhanger is Karen flat-lining (after her C-section), Haley arriving at the hospital and Dan confessing.

-There's an LKH flashback in 4.20 of a scene from the Pilot (the Julius Caesar book scene in the cafe).

-At the beginning of her valedictory speech, Haley mentions the Julius Caesar quote and how her friend reminded her about it. There's a sweet look between Lucas and Haley at this point.

-The finale literally picks up right where 4.20 left off. There is 2 to 3 week time jump at some point in the finale. After that, there is party, thrown by Rachel, in an abandoned house.

-"We filmed w/Luke and Peyton inside the house party in the kitchen. She's asking him what he's going to do now and he says either go to community college or finish his novel and she says that his novel was great and she loved what he wrote about her and she's so proud of him and hands him a hardback cover of his book, which is all black but says scott on the binding."

-In what is believed to be the final scene, there is a River Court basketball game between the boys and the girls.

From Taylor:
-They filmed two or three scenes and the first one was everyone (meaning Skills, Bevin, Peyton, Lucas, Brooke, Chase, Junk, Fergie, Haley, Nathan, Mouth, and Rachel) getting out of their cars and walking on to the rivercourt. Lucas bounces the basketball and Peyton snavys it and yells "boys versus girls." This game goes on for a bit and each couple is guarding their significant other. This is a good scene for Brase, Naley, Leyton, and Routh fans. It was very cute! A little tidbit, Peyton continuously cheers Haley on when she gets the ball saying "go mama". Although they shot this scene many times and I don't know which shot they will use. She also calls Lucas "babe" in this scene.

-The second scene was them all signing their name on the court but it only shows Bevin and Mouth signing (the rest were already written), and then there is a conversation between them all that we couldn't hear. Weirdly enough, Peyton and Rachel are standing next to each other and hugging through out most of this scene and Lucas takes Peyton's hand and kisses it.

-The third scene was all of them in the bleachers cheering Nathan and Lucas on as they play what looked like a one on one game. The whole game will not air though because they didn't shoot an entire game, just Nathan making a basket.

-Lucas drives Peyton's car, while she is in the passenger seat, holding a basketball.

-A scene was filmed with Chad and Hilarie in Airlie Gardens. It was closed to fans.

-There is a scene with Haley asking Lucas to be godfather. The scene begins as the LP scene in the garden and then NH show up. "It's one of the more meaningful scenes of the finale."

From Rebecca:
-LP leave the party and go to the garden before the RC scene. They're sitting near a fountain I think. Lucas reiterates how much he loves her and that he really wants her to stay in TH, but he knows that she needs to go to LA.

-I also heard that there is an L/P scene that is reminiscent of the Pilot in the finale. Peyton gets Lucas to go to the tow truck location.

-Location throwback on purpose: Think, "Pilot scene. Alligator. Car."

From I Have A Brain:
-They hang pictures up on this thing called the Wall of Honor in the hallway at school and it features students and their talents: Haley and her music poster, Peyton and her art, Brooke is up there as student class president, and then Nathan shooting a basket in the championship and someone comes and takes it down because of what he did.
