PEYTON AND LUCAS RECEIVE SHOCKING NEWS — Peyton (Hilarie Burton) and Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) receive a startling surprise about the pregnancy, as Brooke (Sophia Bush) and Julian’s (guest star Austin Nichols) relationship comes to a crossroads. Nathan (James Lafferty) and Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) celebrate their anniversary, while Dan (Paul Johansson) and Deb (Barbara Alyn Woods) babysit Jamie (Jackson Brundage). Meanwhile, Mouth (Lee Norris) and Millie (Lisa Goldstein) try to pick up the pieces of their relationship. Greg Prange directed the episode written by Terrence Coli (#617).

Chad, Hilarie and James filmed on stage 6 today. (the beach house and Leyton's room) (credit to Natalie).

From what I can make out, it says they filmed a scene of Reese and Julian meeting someone (no idea who) in the production office; Lucas, Reese and Julian in the production office; and what looks like Sam going to see Julian at the production office. The scene at Lucas and Peyton's house was the two of them meeting with Julian. And it was Dan at the beach house. (From Call Sheet)

So, what does this mean, only Joy and Jackson have actually finalized a contract?

Ausiello: Well, based on the rather odd video statement she released, Hilarie certainly wants us to think she's leaving. I'll believe it when I see her clean out her dressing room. Regarding CMM, it's no secret that he's ready to move on, but, again, no final decision has been made. BTW, only two Tree Hill regulars are officially on board for next season: Bethany Joy Galeotti and Jackson Brundage.

And how funny would it be if all this Hil stuff was just some stunt to get us to think Peyton could actually die from this pregnancy
