Post away your discontents, disappointments, frustrations about Peyton and her storylines.

Sometimes your day starts out right.

But then something will inevitably happen to make you go 'WTF ?'

Sometimes it's because of a stupid "BFF",

Or sometimes it's because of the BFF's boyfriend,

And it leaves you with a sadness you can't help,

You could definitely use a friendly hug,

Hell. sometimes a good romp in the sack helps, too,

But sometimes nothing works, and you don't know what to do.

Don't worry. This is the place to get pissed and rant and rave.

Anything from lack of character development, lack of screen time, her hair and clothing and contrived storylines etc. Comment on anything and everything that make you go WTF? and Hell no! when you're watching (that's if you're still watching.)

Please be mindful of FF Rules when posting on this thread. Actor bashing is not allowed and will not be tolerated. Also, this isn't the place to talk about what other posters are saying on other threads and boards on FF.

I ask this because I find a lot of times people use Peyton deserving someone better as an excuse to not ship LP. I'm just going to refer back to Larry's speech in 319 about what type of person Peyton should surround herself with.

I ship the idea of Brooke/Lucas. I love their scenes...I love Brooke. I don't love Lucas.

Seriously - I know it doesn't make any sense but it's always been like that for me. I've always shipped someone I love with someone I don't like. I can't explain it.

And it's not an excuse for me to not ship LP. There's a tons of reasons to why I don't ship LP - that was only one of them.

This it what I consideredto be a bash. No offense to the poster, but to say he is annoying without any validity towards Peyton is a bash. As much as I dislike Brooke for instance I wouldn't say she's an annoying whore. That would be like saying, "Flies annoy me." Thats about the same kind of effect such a statement has. I was expressing my frustration not really towards this particular thread but to the comments I've been reading everywhere about Lucas and I made sure to include relations to Peyton even though I may have gone off a bit I apologize, but the rest that had to do with Peyton I do not.

And sorry Laurs I know its against the rules to talk about other posts on other boards, but I hope its okay to be general in what I've been seeing for months, not targeting anyone specific here.

I just looked at some of the pics we have on the opening post. I had to cringe on some of them...the S2 ones..Her HAIR.. Arrrggghhh..never again. Man the things they had to do to uglify Hil/Peyton. Don't ever mess with her curls again.

About the BP scene. I didn't feel it was ridiculous at all. Peyton was in an emotional state and whenever a 'crisis' in your life happens, you usually realize what's important in your life or you forget about an argument with your parents or something like that. So Peyton realized she missed Brooke, I don't think it's odd at all for her to feel that way even after all the mean comments. It's not like Brooke said some rude comment to her, she just told her how it is..they'll never be able to go back how it was. But really, their friendship probably hasn't been stable since when it first started.

The way I see it, every other guy is not perfect either. Remember how Nathan wouldn't pick her up when her car broke down in the Pilot? Or how Jake, knowing what Peyton's biggest fear is, left anyways? I guess my point is, yeah, sometimes Lucas does things that I don't support (S2), but if you look at the big picture, more times than not Lucas has done something positive for Peyton, he has helped her, and been therefore more than any other guy on this show.

I agree. Even with the last comment.
I think even though I love BP to death and they will always share something special - it really will never be the same again unless.........Lucas dies.

The damage has been done with BP...regardless whether Lucas is alive or not. That's just how friendships are. BP didn't have the stable foundation they thought they had to begin with. Lucas could have been any other guy, or any other circumstance that came between them. The fact remains, things change. That's about the only thing we can count on in life. I am no longer friends with most people I grew up with. And if I were to meet them for the first time today, I doubt if I'd be interested in being friends with most of them today. That's just life..boys or no boys in between.

But I have to say, I love BP, I miss it, and I DO think it will come back.. But I ship LP over BP. That will never ever change.

And about the podcast thing, as much as I miss them, I don't think they'll be back, because since the Psycho!Derek debacle, Peyton's been anti-internet exposure.

But even if Lucas dies, their friendship will never be the same. Ever. And fine by me. Yes, a boy came between them, but that wasn't the problem with their friendship. If they let a boy come between them, obviously there were other, deeper problems with their "friendship." They had a problem communicating, one of them had a problem being there for the other one, they had a trust problem. It wasn't just a "Lucas" problem.

And I've given up hope of any type of podcast. The Derek fear is over, but I'd still doubt she'd do them again. Does she still lock her door? She kinda should.
