Two couples definitely have weddings on their minds in TH, and one of them probably goes through with it.

One female is definitely wearing a wedding ring in the premiere....and I don't mean Haley.

An anonymous source stated that she only knew of one episode for sure with Lindsey, and that was the premiere.

I think I'd like it to be b the most. I think that could also start to fix some of the problems I had with last season, that Lucas wasn't being very understanding of Peyton's side and that just because she said she didn't want to marry him right then, didn't mean she didn't want to marry him at all. The show, (and Lucas) never seemed to grasp that for some reason. So maybe one or both of them decides that maybe they shouldn't just rush into it and it's quite alright to just be engaged for a little while. I'd rather they stop their selves than for Dan stuff to stop them, but that really does seem like that's what it's headed.

I'd also be for c, although I don't know how they'd get to the point of actually going to Vegas with the intention of getting married to then changing there minds and instead just decide to start casually dating, or something. They're past that step, I'd say.

On the other hand, I wouldn't object to them coming back married, either. Basically, I'd just like for them to finally be together so there can be storylines dealing with that instead of storylines dealing with one of them wanting to be with the other. I think, I'm over needing to see Lucas pine from afar.

Maybe he calls Peyton and says the whole "lets get married" thing to her, or whatever he says, and she thinks he's kind of losing it or kidding, but she goes down to the airport to meet him anyway. Not exactly with the intentions of flying off and marrying him, but just to talk, and then they go from there.

I'm all for either being engaged or being married. I'm indifferent on both counts. I just want them to be together already.

I hope that after Lucas says the "you want to get married tonight?", he follows that with, "but it's ok if you're not ready, I just want to spend time with you."

I think I want b. as well. It would be the perfect way to right all the wrongs from 505. I really thing there's going to be hotel room scenes in 602. There's no way Mark is going to pass up that opportunity.

All I need is for Lucas to never waver when it comes to being with Peyton. I don't want him to have any conflicting feelings when/if Lindsey tries to get him back. I want him to be 100000000% sure that he's with Peyton for the long haul and that they have a love that no one can come between.

That's all I want too. They are obviosly going to have their issues to work through, and i really think it's necessary after everything in season 5. But we've seen Peyton's dedication, and if Luke is completely sure it's Peyton, then that connection/love/passion will get them through everything in the end.

I'd really like that too. Typically while watching a show, I feel like I shouldn't get too annoyed with someone being conflicted about their feelings for an ex. It happens. It happens all the time on tv. And it's usually just done to create a fleeting bit of conflict or drama in a tv relationship. But for this show and this situation, from what LP have been through all last season and before, yeah, I agree. He needs to be sure and never turn back. If he does end up having some kind of hesitation of uncertainty when it comes to Lindsey, it would make his phone proposal to Peyton look even more absurd. It would be him proposing to a woman while he's still consciously conflicted about his feelings. And that doesn't need to be happening when Peyton is on the opposite end of that proposal. That wouldn't be fair to her at all.

It really does seem strange how they might break this up. It might all depend on if the Vegas scenes are actually in 602, but from the information we have so far they might be.

I'm trying to think about how that can happen, though. Would they want to keep the mystery about who went to Vegas until 602 when they show the actual scenes or would they reveal it in the premiere and have flashbacks to Vegas in both episodes? Or maybe they're trying for flashbacks all throughout the season again and this is just the first set. Hm.
