| Peyton/OTH rants #3:BC the 10 minutes are up, it's her time "to cause some trouble"  Post away your discontents, disappointments, frustrations about Peyton and her storylines from Season 2 and Season 3. Anything from lack of character development, lack of screen time, her hair and clothing and contrived storylines etc. Comment on anything and everything that make you go WTF? and Hell no! when you're watching (that's if you're still watching.) | Jess thanks for starting  LOVE. your sig about PH>BH....i actually thought that PH was better than BH and PB....you know ...MORE SUBSTANCE...but now that they've killed PH...eh...w/e...good thing Peyton has Nathan...that loooourves her.  -You know now that I see Peyton with that DYKE shirt....she really stood up for her beliefs in that episode. She stood up for herself and even for Ana, despite Ana.  She stood up against the school and what was it that she said...I must find that quote about keeping silent. In anycase...her backbone was intact and as strong as ever. She was brave and so strong, somebody else would have probably caved and given up but what she believed was strength enough for her to hold strong despite/inspite of anyone. hrmmm __________________ She's just what you need. | Hey. I'm not really sure if the thread is for this, but if not I'll edit. I still can't get over the S3 finale, especially the last scene between Peyton and Brooke. While I do understand B, I totally get Peyton. She just wanted to be honest...but at the same time I hate that she said she will bury it. B said some truth when she said "But you like him!" | See that's what I don't get about Brooke. She fruckin knows! She knows it! And yet she gives her BFF a hard time about something that clearly Peyton didn't take very lightly. She was being honest about her feelings for Lucas because she learned from what happened in the past. Clearly Brooke hasn't learned anything. If anything, she's become so much worse about her possessiveness towards Lucas. STFU she's on your damn door...beeyotch that's Peyton's door, in Peyton's room, in Peyton's house where you are rooming for FREE. The hell this is middle school? | |||

| Eeek, FF is acting up again. Yay, I'm glad I got to start a thread!  I've always wanted to, heh. Chee- PH is better than anything on the show, except LP, duh. But still, less BH for me next season will make me a happy camper. The whole parallel between Peyton and Brooke is that Brooke learned nothing from last time, whereas Peyton learned from it. Peyton chose to do things differently, but Brooke chose to act the same- throwing tantrums, issuing ultimatums, etc. She can't learn; it's not in her character to accept things that don't satisfy her. Even when we thought she learned, ie Brooke telling Peyton that "the boy I love saved the girl I love...and the girl he loves," it is now clear that, like season one, Brooke semi-realizes the truth but does her best to convince herself that reality is what she wants it to be. | I can help Peyton with the causing trouble. My boss calls me the trouble maker  Peyton is wiser than her years. She's been through a lot and the whole LP situation in S1 was pretty complicated in itself plus the cheating. I'm not saying what they did was fair or right but Peyton did choose to things right second time around. She didn't pretend to not have feelings for Lucas, she admitted and told her best friend.
