It's a logical reason But it'd have been great to see her much more in Season 6.

I would have loved more Karen in season 6, I missed her so much in the later seasons.

Yes she could have.

And she would have been such a valuable support while Peyton and Lucas dealt with the difficulties of the pregnancy.
