ETA: I hate Nate for interrupting them!! Can I just say that one thing I love about this fic is that Peyton is the one who keeps trying to jump his bones instead of being all afraid and running away from him. I love that.

I loved this.

She watched as he tugged the wet material off his torso and tucked his shirt into the back of the waistband of his shorts. She knew he had done it to deliberately torture her. She had once told him that his back was her favourite feature of his. She used to run her fingers down his spine as he lay on his stomach, or insist on massaging him whether he wanted it or not. She would give anything to go back in time and lock her door before Nathan could stop in.

I can totally picture him doing that just to torment her. Devil.

ahh, i totally adore the way Sheena writes Nathan. its the way things should have gone.

I like NP friendship reminiscent to the boy toy auction (It was sort of fun.), but I just don't see them as a couple anymore. The thing is Nathan has never really "been there" for Peyton, it's mostly her giving him someone to bounce his thoughts off of and a shoulder to lean on (Unless you count the time he picked her up when the Comet broke down

.), which is basically what their relationship was to begin with. The contrast that Nathan and Peyton are similar is silly, because he never really understood her, and that was always the problem with them.

With all that said I like how Nathan is written in Sheena's LP fic's as well. He's not boring.

I think Nathan understood her post season 2 and I'm sad more of that was never expanded upon.

I disagree, but lets not get into that. LOL. what i'm saying is, if we assume that's true, it was Mark's mistake to make them like that. I wish he would have written them better, like sheena does.

Natalie, I'm on your side on this one LOL. You know I love NP and it pisses me off that we didn't get more of their friendship on the show. Even though S2 sucks ass it was actually my fave season for them. Early S3 as well. I also agree with Jerome though that most of the time if you aren't Haley or Jamie, then Nathan doesn't know you exist.
