Oh okay did not know that. LOL I never watched S7 because there was no Peyton (or Lucas or Sawyer).

Well, I watched it because I was hoping for some flashbacks or explanation why did Lucas and Peyton + Sawyer left, but they never gave us any flashbacks or explanation. And I watched because of the sentiment, I've been with this tv show from the beginning, but I have to admit that s7 was crapy... And it's not the same without LP.

I did watch a few clips every now and then but I agree that S7 was pretty crappy.

I seriously think the show should've ended at season 6. That finale seemed like the perfect way to end the series.

I was gonna watch it in hopes of flashbacks, but a lot of people told me there wasn't LP in it at all so I decided not to bother.

^ Same with me. But I was disappointed that they didn't explained LP's absence or told where they'd gone.

Considering they were such a big part of the show they could've done more to explain the absence.

So I just picture LP raising Sawyer and living happy ever after

They definitely should have explained it. And they had so many opportunities to do this. But I guess they prefered to erase them or mention them in a bad light.

I mean, they did mention LP, like for example on Jamie's bday, he got presents and when he opened one of it (a basket ball) he was like "oh, it's from uncle Lucas", and there was a letter in the pack, he read this letter, but there was no mention about where they are now, about Peyton or Sawyer, just that he wishes him happy bday, and he loves him and think about him everyday.. Something like that. Then, Brooke mentioned Peyton a few times, she watched their photos, and LP were in some of the photos that were hanging in Jamies room and in NH's kitchen, but that's all. Oh wait.. Haley mentioned Peyton twice...

In my mind LPS never left Tree Hill. I can't imagine them living some where else. It just didn't really make sense if they were to have left. I just could never imagine Peyton giving over Red Bedroom Records to anyone else to run and in my mind eventually Lucas did get his job back as the basketball coach of the Tree Hill Ravens and did his writing on the side.

I guess I'm the same. For me they couldn't have left Tree Hill. It was their home - a place where their amazing journey to each other took place. It was too important.

But nothing else matters as long as they're together I guess.

I kind of like the idea that they left and started their adventure as a family somewhere else. If they were still in Tree Hill they'd be surrounded by drama and crazy people! They're lucky they got out when they did. As long as they have each other....they'll be alright.
