Hilarie and Ian met while on the set of One Tree Hill where Ian works as an assistant director, and Hilarie plays "Peyton Sawyer." They've been together for over 2 years now and are rumored to have been already married. However, Hilarie hasn't confirmed anything as she likes to keep their relationship under wraps and as of now they are just engaged. Ian is 27 and Hilarie is 23. They share a home in Wilmington, NC where One Tree Hill is filmed.

His name is Ian Prange. He works on One Tree Hill but I forgot what he does. His father is Greg Prange he also works on One Tree Hill as a Director.

Here's an excerpt:

When discussion turns to their families, Mr. Hartley is the first to speak up for Ian Prange, Mr. Prange’s son, who works as a production assistant on the show.

“He’s the hardest working guy,” Mr. Hartley says. “He did it on his own.”

Mr. Hartley’s two children are still a bit too young to seriously consider going into the film business, and he won’t necessarily encourage it.

But seeing Mr. Prange and his son does give him pause.
“The notion that my son could work that closely to me … it’s pretty darn cool,” he says.

After all, the hours of a film crew are long, often more than 12 hours a day. With that kind of schedule, there isn’t a lot of time left over for family.

“You have to know – my wife is a saint,” Mr. Prange says. “It’s hard. I’m never home for dinner. But she understands what it is.”

No problem Jen. It says that Mr Prange and Mrs Prange have been married for 30 years. So Ian must be in his late 20's

Yeah he does look like he's in his late 20's. I added the article to the opening post. His parents have been married for a long time
