BR was about the only tolerable Brooke relationship for me. And I agree their similarities made it work. I think they both needed to be close to someone so similar, who would fully understand them. With that said, I still much preferred watching Rachel with Peyton.

Though Rachel usually had underlying motivation in her s3 scenes with Peyton, they were still fun. And she genuinely defended her from Brooke in s4 even though she was close friends with Brooke and not her, so it's all good.

She was close with brooke but i think she could of been peyton friend

I just meant she could have been an better character. I liked her and Brooke's friendship, but in S4 it was pretty one sided imo.

Rachel's character had a lot of potential but unfortunately they never fleshed her out. She was more of a plot device than anything else. :no:

Yeah it sucks that they didn't give her more storylines to work with.

Brooke was already part of the gang lol, definitely would have loved more scenes with Peyton though.

that scene by the lockers was great, they actually had a lot in common. too bad rachel manipulated the whole situation with lucas because otherwise i think they could have become friends.
