1x11 showed how much LP connected. That scene where he gave her the CD, knowing it was hers, and sat there to read while she drew was so amazing. They just got each other on a different level and they didn't need to talk to connect or be together. They were content just sharing space with each other.
Re: 3x17--it was nice to see Lucas let Peyton in when he wasn't really talking to anyone else. He knew she understood his pain like no one else (besides his mother) did. And they shared a traumatic experience together which bonded them even more than before. :nod:
