So, I'm guessing it's the accident that brings Rory and Logan together again? I.e, they'll forget the problems they had earlier.

Some spoilers from Kristin at E!Online:
Quote:

London Calling: I think Turk said it best in a recent episode of Scrubs, as he was watching the best female duo on the telly: "Mothers and daughters: They speak so fast, but they speak so true." He was watching, of course, our beloved Gilmore Girls. And since these girls are so apt to tell it like it is, and I happened to get on set during the taping of the season finale (pinch me!), naturally, I had to dig for info regarding the possibility of another season--especially given that the show has not been picked up yet and the rumors (which sadly were confirmed this week) that show runner Amy Sherman-Palladino might call it quits.

"I'm pretty sure the show will go on," Alexis Bledel (Rory) told me. "We've been on the WB for a while, and I'm sure they'll just pass us along to the CW." Of course, only time (and our Save One Show poll?) will tell, but I for one am not ready nor willing to say goodbye--if for no other reason than I want to know what happens with Lorelai and Luke and Rory and Logan. Can I get an amen, brothers and sisters?

Since Alexis (Rory) and Matt Czuchry (Logan) were the ones on set that day, I did my best to supersleuth some romantic intel, but what I found wasn't quite so romantic. "In the season finale, we're going to find out that Logan is indeed going to London [to take] a place in the paper there," Czuchry revealed. "[Their relationship] is sort of left up in the air because he's leaving for a whole year," Alexis added. "I mean, Rory's really young, so that's a long separation." Still, let's just say I'd be shocked if Logan is gone for good.

In the season finale, Rory throws a big going-away bash for Logan, and a few musical personages guest star in the same episode: punk band Sonic Youth, 24's Mary Lynn Rajskub (yes, she sings) and a slew of other undiscovered singers who vie for the vacated town-troubadour spot. And you'll be happy to hear that at least one of the candidates is rooting for RoLo. "We just met Logan, and that was exciting," Sonic Youth's vocalist Kim Gordon told me. "He's our favorite of Rory's boyfriends!" And how.

Here are some new spoilers from MA
Logan and Rory will have a long-distance relationship
Marty will be back(Which i am excited about)
No plans to being Milo back.:(
TV Guide
I am excited about next season. I can't wait to see what Dan does. I'm so happy Marty is coming back. I know that Matt is only in 13 episodes next year, unless his contract was extended.
Its sad about L/L. I hope we see a lot of good Lorelai /Rory moments like we did when Lorelai and Luke broke up the first time.

Like I said on the R/L board, I hope the long distance thing doesn't take up most of the season... The separation is good for character development but I  R/L banter so it shouldn't take too long.

xmonalpx 07-17-2006 05:58 PM

Milo coming back has not been planned.

I hope Rory focuses on her senior year at Yale and paving a career, and not too much about boys. She is career oriented at heart and it should be that way right now.

It will be nice to see Marty back, do you know for how many episodes?!

I wonder how long the long distance thing will go on... It is known that Matt will be in the last 3 episodes of the season... Which for me is a good thing :P

madelen 07-18-2006 04:57 AM

Thanks for the spoilers Ali! :)

The long-distance relationship will be interesting to follow. And I'm excited about the possibilty of Marty coming back! :yay:

That's true.

I hope Dave R. finds a nice way to include both her personal life and her life at Yale and the future... She may be a career orientated girl by heart but I don't think she would put business before her private life... I want it to be 50/50 the upcoming season since there's also a lot to explore with a long distance relationship.. and from what I read about Dave's answers it seems like he will do that

madelen 07-19-2006 05:00 AM

Yes, there has to be a balance between the personal life and her Yale studies.

I guess most people, including me, are interested more in the things that are happening in her personal life. But it would be weird if we didn't get to see her life Yale at all, since that's pretty important to her too. :)

heartღaflutter 07-19-2006 11:26 AM

I'm more interested in her personal life as well... That's what I like best about shows, the personal aspect, the business/school part of a character's life is usually just a fun and interesting addition..
I don't want Yale to go by unnoticed and I don't think Dave will do that since he's bringing in more friends from Yale for Rory and besides she's still editor..

I do hope that Dave will refer to the Stamford Gazette, since she does have a job there... IMO it seems like ASP forgot all about it

Yeah, it's all about balance  After all, people shouldn't "live to work" but "work to live" ;) And it's a funny oversight that ASP seemed to forget Rory had a job at the Gazette after she got it lol! I hope DR rectifies that.

heartღaflutter 07-23-2006 06:58 AM

I always found that weird.. in 6.09 she got a job and that was the last thing we heard about it...

You said it really nice that we work to live and not live to work :P

*~CaliJunkie~* 07-24-2006 05:59 PM

Yes,it seems like Amy forgot all about her job. Hopefully Dan will bring that back.

I updated the first post with new spoilers.
