It was sad. But I loved the fact that Lane finally stood up for herself. Too bad Mrs. Kim wasn't ready to accept Lane for who she is.

The Mama Kim/Lane drama made me giggle/heart break at the same time.

It just showed the dynamics of mother/daughter relationships on the show.

I just rewatched the 'Why not Jess?" scene with them. I love Lane's total ... I dunno. Coolness in that scene.
